Since 1979, we conducted annual salary surveys for executive and professional positions in Information Technology (IT), and Human Resources (HR).  During this time, our company established itself as a leader in its field by providing timely, reliable information. The survey results never appear in trade publications or general circulation press and are intended exclusively for the participating companies.  Our reputation is based on quality service, ongoing support, and above all, personalized solutions and approaches to meet client objectives.

Continuity:  Our surveys are conducted annually and have a repeat participant rate of 90%. This provides continuity and a consistent compensation database essential for reliable comparative analysis reports and is a means of confirming the effectiveness of your salary programs and plans.

On-site Meetings:  On-site position matching meetings are part of the survey process and are conducted by our senior consultants with survey participants to assure data reliability and comparability.  Post-survey on-site meetings assist in the interpretation and utilization of survey reports.
